Alsophila similis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Cyatheaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Alsophila similis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Christensen pada tahun 1970.
