Alstroemeria piauhyensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Alstroemeriaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil timur laut. Nama ilmiah Alstroemeria piauhyensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Gardner pada tahun 1888.
