Amorphophallus konjac adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah China (Yunnan). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan devil's tongue. Nama ilmiah Amorphophallus konjac diperkenalkan oleh Karl Heinrich Emil Koch pada tahun 1858.
