Ampelocissus elephantina var. sphaerophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Vitaceae (suku anggur-angguran) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Ampelocissus elephantina var. sphaerophylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1960.
