Amphipogon laguroides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia barat daya. Nama ilmiah Amphipogon laguroides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Brown pada tahun 1810.
