Anchusa stylosa merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa tenggara hingga Türkiye. Nama ilmiah Anchusa stylosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich August Marschall von Bieberstein pada tahun 1808.
