Andersonglossum occidentale merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Oregon barat hingga California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan western hound's tongue. Nama ilmiah Andersonglossum occidentale pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 2015.
