Andicolea leptothamna merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Andicolea leptothamna pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johannes Mattfeld pada tahun 2021.
