Andreettaea xanthella merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador (Napo). Nama ilmiah Andreettaea xanthella pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 2022.
