Andrographis atropurpurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India. Nama ilmiah Andrographis atropurpurea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis August Wilhelm Dennstedt pada tahun 1977.
