Andrographis lobelioides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India selatan. Nama ilmiah Andrographis lobelioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Wight pada tahun 1850.
