Aniba robusta merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela hingga Amerika Selatan bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Aniba robusta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johann Friedrich Klotzsch pada tahun 1889.
