Anoectochilus medogensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Tibet. Nama ilmiah Anoectochilus medogensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Huai Zhen Tian pada tahun 2021.
