Anthephora hermaphrodita adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga kawasan tropis Amerika. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan oldfield grass. Nama ilmiah Anthephora hermaphrodita pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ernst Otto Kuntze pada tahun 1891.
