Anthochortus capensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya (Pegunungan Muizenberg). Nama ilmiah Anthochortus capensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Elsie Elizabeth Esterhuysen pada tahun 1985.
