Anthosachne aprica merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Pulau Selatan Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Anthosachne aprica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Áskell Löve pada tahun 2006.
