Anthurium parasiticum merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tenggara. Nama ilmiah Anthurium parasiticum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama José Mariano da Conceição Vellozo pada tahun 1950.
