Anthyllis hamosa merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Portugal, Spanyol selatan, Afrika utara. Nama ilmiah Anthyllis hamosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis René Louiche Desfontaines pada tahun 1798.
