Aphelandra nitida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil timur. Nama ilmiah Aphelandra nitida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck pada tahun 1823.
