Aphelandra rusbyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Aphelandra rusbyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 1900.
