Aponogeton bernierianus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Aponogetonaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air dan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar timur. Nama ilmiah Aponogeton bernierianus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Decaisne pada tahun 1883.
