Appertiella hexandra adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Hydrocharitaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air (hidrofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagascar barat-barat-daya. Nama ilmiah Appertiella hexandra pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christopher David Kentish Cook pada tahun 1982.
