Arachniodes yaoshanensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Fujian, Zhejiang selatan), Jepang (Kyushu). Nama ilmiah Arachniodes yaoshanensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Yin Chan Wu pada tahun 1973.
