Arachnothryx macrocalyx adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Oaxaca, Chiapas) hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Arachnothryx macrocalyx diperkenalkan oleh Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1987.
