Arachnothryx ovandensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Oaxaca, Chiapas), hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Arachnothryx ovandensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cyrus Longworth Lundell pada tahun 1989.
