Arachnothryx secunda merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Panama. Nama ilmiah Arachnothryx secunda pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1982.
