Arachnothryx sousae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Chiapas). Nama ilmiah Arachnothryx sousae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Attila Borhidi pada tahun 2004.
