Ardisia petocalyx merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra. Nama ilmiah Ardisia petocalyx pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolph Herman Christiaan Carel Scheffer pada tahun 1867.
