Arenaria pungens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Spanyol (Sierra Nevada), Maroko. Nama ilmiah Arenaria pungens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Simón de Roxas (Rojas) Clemente y Rubio pada tahun 1816.
