Arenaria purpurascens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Arenaria purpurascens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Louis Ramond de Carbonnières pada tahun 1805.
