Aristea monticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat-barat-daya. Nama ilmiah Aristea monticola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Goldblatt pada tahun 1971.
