Aristida vaginata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kepulauan Revillagigedo. Nama ilmiah Aristida vaginata diperkenalkan oleh Albert Spear Hitchcock pada tahun 1935.
