Aristida villosa merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Galápagos. Nama ilmiah Aristida villosa diperkenalkan oleh Benjamin Lincoln Robinson pada tahun 1895.
