Aristida wrightii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat barat-tengah dan selatan hingga Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Aristida wrightii diperkenalkan oleh George Valentine Nash pada tahun 1903.
