Aristolochia mathewsii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aristolochiaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Aristolochia mathewsii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Étienne Simon Duchartre pada tahun 1864.
