Aristolochia viperina merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Aristolochiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Paraguay hingga Argentina timur laut. Nama ilmiah Aristolochia viperina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1906.
