Arracacia trifida merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko tengah. Nama ilmiah Arracacia trifida diperkenalkan oleh John Merle Coulter pada tahun 1897.
