Arrhenatherum palaestinum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mediterania timur hingga Iraq. Nama ilmiah Arrhenatherum palaestinum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1854.
