Artemisia chingii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China tengah dan selatan, Taiwan. Nama ilmiah Artemisia chingii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Renato Pampanini pada tahun 1932.
