Artemisia lipskyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Asia tengah. Nama ilmiah Artemisia lipskyi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Petr Petrovich Poljakov pada tahun 1955.
