Artemisia nitida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Alpen tenggara. Nama ilmiah Artemisia nitida diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Bertoloni pada tahun 1832.
