Artemisia pewzowi merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Asia tengah hingga China barat. Nama ilmiah Artemisia pewzowi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Constantin (Konstantin) Georg Alexander Winkler pada tahun 1893.
