Artemisia saitoana merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Rusia Timur Jauh. Nama ilmiah Artemisia saitoana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Siro Kitamura pada tahun 1938.
