Artemisia stechmanniana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa timur hingga Rusia Timur Jauh dan Himalaya barat. Nama ilmiah Artemisia stechmanniana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Wilibald Swibert Joseph Gottlieb von Besser pada tahun 1832.
