Asarum lutchuense merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Aristolochiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Nansei-shoto (Amami-?shima, Tobonoshima). Nama ilmiah Asarum lutchuense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Masaji Honda pada tahun 1941.
