Asarum okinawense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Aristolochiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Nansei-shoto (Okinawa-jima). Nama ilmiah Asarum okinawense diperkenalkan oleh Sumihiko Hatusima pada tahun 1968.
