Asclepias cryptoceras adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian barat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan pallid milkweed. Nama ilmiah Asclepias cryptoceras pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sereno Watson pada tahun 1871.
