Asclepias expansa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape timur. Nama ilmiah Asclepias expansa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer pada tahun 1896.
