Aspalathus elliptica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Aspalathus elliptica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edwin Percy Phillips pada tahun 1963.
