Aspalathus linearis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rooibos. Nama ilmiah Aspalathus linearis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nicolaas Laurens Burman pada tahun 1963.
